HUAYIDE Stacker Crane Automated Warehouse project for beer storage in Russia is currently under construction. We have dispatched several technical engineers to provide on-site installation guidance and equipment commissioning. The project is currently progressing smoothly.

Project Site Conditions

The stacker crane ASRS project at the beer warehouse is currently underway, including drilling holes in the warehouse floor, hoisting the center column frame, and assembling the upper column frame. Three engineers and a translator are on standby at the construction site, closely monitoring the operation and responding to any unexpected issues. If technical difficulties arise, engineers will provide operational demonstrations and guidance. They also hold regular meetings with the client and the construction company.

Precautions for Installing Column Frame in Stacker Crane Warehouse

After the stacker crane system column is assembled, the maximum allowable error in height and width must be strictly controlled within the specification range. Before the stacker crane warehouse column frame is hoisted, the position and geometric dimensions of the embedded parts or pre-set pits must be re-measured to ensure that they are fully consistent with the design drawings.
